Request a professional, thorough, damp assessment

Damp Assessment emailed to client, including quotation based upon its findings.

On signed acceptance of quotation, as per assessment, the works is scheduled.

An invoice for the deposit will be issued a few days prior to commencement of works.

Client needs to ensure availability of electricity and water supply and toilet facilities for our team’s use.

Client needs to ensure that all personal belongings and furnishings (where possible) have been removed from the area/s to be treated.

Team will arrive at predetermined scheduled date and time to commence works.

The team will commence preparation of the area to be treated, viz. erect boards and plastic sheeting to seal off the affected area to prevent as much disturbance to other areas as possible.

The area/s to be treated is cleared and stripping begins so as to expose the area/s of damp to be treated.

Treatment is applied as per the assessment/quotation specifications.

Area is tidied up as best as is possible and treatment left to dry out for predetermined time.

An Interim invoice is issued for completion of “wet works”.

Once dry, the team return to prepare and paint the treated areas (if applicable).

Final invoice is issued for completion of works.
