HOW TO PROCEED – OUR PROCESS

Request a professional, thorough, damp assessment
Damp Assessment emailed to the client, including quotation based upon its findings.
On signed acceptance of quotation, as per assessment, the work is scheduled.
An invoice for the deposit will be issued a few days prior to commencement of works.
The client needs to ensure availability of electricity and water supply and toilet facilities for our team’s use.
The client needs to ensure that all personal belongings and furnishings (where possible) have been removed from the area/s to be treated.
The team will arrive on the scheduled date and time to commence work.
The team will commence preparation of the area to be treated, viz. erect boards and plastic sheeting to seal off the affected area to prevent as much disturbance to other areas as possible.
The area/s to be treated will be cleared and stripping begins so as to expose the area/s of damp to be treated.
Treatment is applied as per the assessment/quotation specifications.
The area is tidied up as best as possible and treatment left to dry out for a predetermined time.
An interim invoice is issued for completion of the “wet works”.
Once dry, the team returns to prepare and paint the treated areas (if applicable).
The final invoice is issued for completion of works.
